Centro Turistico Polifunzionale dell'Alento

Il Centro è capace di accogliere eventi ricreativi fino a 2000 persone e di ospitare tutta una serie di attività conviviali, culturali, sportive e di outdoor training legate alle diverse attrattive dell’area quali l’oasi naturalistica, il Lago Artificiale Alento e le straordinarie opere di ingegneria idraulica della diga. All’interno dell’oasi è possibile praticare equitazione, canottaggio, pesca sportiva, trekking, mountain bike; sono disponibili percorsi attrezzati di birdwatching, un micro zoo e il parco giochi bimbi.
All’interno del Centro polifunzionale, è disponibile una sala convegni con 150 posti a sedere, dotata di attrezzature per le proiezioni multimediali, video conferenza, traduzione simultanea, un ampio foyer adatto ad esposizioni e mostre temporanee, sale minori e spazi attrezzati interni ed esterni per la ristorazione e il tempo libero. Completano l’offerta un Teatro all’aperto con suggestivo palcoscenico sull’acqua e gradinate per circa 100 posti a sedere, il Bar Natura ed una piccola foresteria.

The center, with a capacity of 2000 guests, may host a series of recreational events, sporting and cultural activities as well as outdoor training, all related to the various attractions of the area such as the nature oasis, the artificial lake Alento and the extraordinary works of hydraulic engineering of the dam. Horseback riding, boating, sport fishing, trekking and mountain biking are some of the activities that may be practised in the oasis; but there also bird-watching trails, a micro-zoo and an amusement park for children.
The multipurpose center has a meeting hall with 150 seats, equipped with multimedia projection aids, video conferencing and simultaneous interpreting system, a wide foyer suitable for temporary shows and exhibitions, minor halls and inside and outside spaces for refreshment and leisure activities. To complete the offer there is an open-air theatre with a fascinating stage upon water and tiers with approximately 100 seats, the coffee bar Natura and guest rooms.
